WHO WE ARE

Window International Network (WIN) is a nonprofit organization founded in 1999 to continue the international outreach segment of the Christian Information Network.

Our vision is to see sustained, strategic, and informed prayer transforming unreached people for Christ in the 10/40 Window.

Our mission is to inform, equip, and mobilize networks of prayer around the globe to empower effective evangelism, church growth, and discipleship in the 10/40 Window.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS

  • Mobilization of more than 40 million Christian Believers to pray for the 10/40 Window
  • Prayer journeys into all of the 67 nations of the Window
  • Relationships with heads of state in several of the countries
  • Translation and distribution of the Praying Through The Window prayer calendar into 33 languages and dialects
  • Coordination of 120 nations to pray for the people in the Window
  • Praying With Power, Women’s Summit, Asian Summit, Prayer Consultation, and other conferences and church speaking engagements – training and equipping Christians to impact the 10/40 Window
  • Development of communications to inform prayer partners through the 10/40 Window Reporter, Monthly Prayer Points, Emergency Prayer Alerts, and WIN Resources

WHAT STILL NEEDS TO BE DONE?

  • Present the Gospel to those living in the Window in a culturally sensitive and contextually relevant manner
  • Identify, train and equip Christian nationals who can effectively witness to those in their nations
  • Pray for key international Christian leaders to plant indigenous Bible-based churches among the unreached people groups in the Window
  • Continue to mobilize millions of Christians to participate in the Praying through the Window initiatives along with training, and networking in the following strategic areas:
    - Prayer Campaigns

    - The Plight of Women & Girls
    - Children, Teens, Young Adults
    - Education

WIN Board Members

Rodrick Gilbert

Rodrick Gilbert: Board Chair

Lord’s full-time ministry in 1984. Rod was born and brought up in a Christian family in northern India. His primary disciple was his God-fearing mother who discipled him along with his four elder brothers and a sister. He leads a model family comprised of a daughter and two sons, along with his wonderful wife who is the most important support to him in carrying out his vision.

Rod serves with strong Apostolic anointing. He is initiator and steward of a movement that has resulted in making over 600,000 multiplying disciples worshipping the Lord in over 50,000 Churches in the north and central India. Has been serving and empowering an indigenous network of over 2,000 leaders. The Lord has also used Rod globally primarily across Europe, the United States, and Southeast Asia. He has been instrumental in training, casting vision, spiritual warfare, walking in Holy Spirit, challenging and empowering people for the task of making multiplying disciples that worship the Lord in multiplying churches. Apart from serving the board of Window International Network, he serves as a member of the Kingdom Ministry in Europe. Rod is also privileged to establish the Ministry to the Nations. A sought-after speaker he has spoken at several international conferences including Verge International Network, Biola Christian University and missions conferences in churches across the United States and Australia.

Also, Rod has founded multiple businesses which helps further the work of ministry.

Beverly Pegues

Sister Beverly Pegues, President

Beverly is co-founder and president of the Window International Network, a Christian organization. WIN informs, equips, and mobilizes networks of prayer around the globe to pray strategically for the 10/40 Window nations. A career paralegal turned minister. Beverly speaks at conferences, churches, and retreats nationally and internationally on prayer, spiritual warfare, Biblical leadership, and missions. She has led prayer-centered ministry trips in many of the 10/40 Window countries.


Beverly worked as a career legal assistant and real estate broker. She also owned and managed her paralegal and realty company. She was the co-founder and director of a youth-based performing arts group, led many ministry and community-based projects, and was a member of the International Third World Leadership Association. She was one of the founding members of the International Prayer Council.



Beverly attended the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs and earned a paralegal certificate there. She has taken numerous law office management and paralegal classes from Denver University School of Law and Continuing Legal Education of Colorado. She also studied business administration and management at Pikes Peak Community College.



Beverly lives in Colorado Springs, Colorado. She has an adult daughter.

Linda K. Sommer

Linda K. Sommer: Secretary

With a background in clinical psychology, general management and management consulting, Linda has more than 25 years in organizational development. Her experience includes consulting for large corporations, federal agencies and state governments, local municipalities and entrepreneurial businesses. Her expertise includes business process redesign, competency-based management models, executive leadership development, organization assessment and redesign, performance metric scorecards, succession planning, visioning, and strategic planning.

Linda has an MBA in leadership and human resource management from the University of Colorado and has postgraduate certification from the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) in executive development and executive coaching from Georgetown University. Linda is active in teaching and training with public seminars in project management, success skills for women in management and personal leadership development. Linda is a Senior Professional in Human Resources, SPHR, and SHRM-SCP.

Linda has been involved with the 1040 Window since her prayer journey to Nepal in 1997. She has also ministered in The People Republic of China, Hong Kong, and Romania. She lives with her husband in Colorado Springs and actively pursues painting as a hobby.

Audrey Beckett

Audrey Beckett: Treasurer

Audrey Beckett is co-owner, along with her husband Ted, of Beckett Development and Commercial Investment Realty, which are commercial real estate and land development companies. Audrey majored in Economics in graduate school at UCLA. She spent many years in the corporate world improving facilities and projects around the country. Audrey was the Sr. Financial Analyst at World Vision, the largest Christian relief and development organization, and has consulted with many Christian organizations. She renovated and managed 112 room hotel/apartment complex and converted an old Kmart into a modern shopping plaza, with a large Event Center.

Audrey and Ted’s real passion is building their business to provide resources and time to lead their non-profit organizations to extend the Kingdom of God while modeling biblical principles. Their focus of ministry is the State of Odisha in India where they support the training of Pastors and Christian leaders, Women’s ministry and Self Help Groups (SHG), agricultural training, children’s tutoring, and higher education, Community Health Evangelism village groups, and encourage a network of Discovery Bible study groups that grow into a Disciple Making Movement across the State.

Judith Trimble: Member

Judith Trimble is a graduate of the University of Miami and has completed graduate work at California State University, Los Angeles and University of California, Los Angeles. Before entering full-time professional ministry, Mrs. Trimble served as a Los Angeles Unified School District educator for over 26 years.

She has conducted Christ-centered retreats, seminars, and conferences for more than seventeen years in the Southern California area.

In January of 1993, Judith assisted her husband, Pastor Alton Trimble, in planting Glory Christian Fellowship International.

Currently, the Lord is guiding Sister Judith in facilitating two weekly sessions of The Daughters of Fresh Oil, our women's discipleship group program. She is also responsible for the development and management of the Christian Education Department, for youth and children, as well as assisting her husband Pastor Alton Trimble with the day to day management of the ministry and ministry to the body.

Most recently Mrs. Trimble has expanded her ministry outreach endeavors by serving as the director of Glory Christian Fellowship International's Bridges Community and Economic Development Corporation. Judith serves in the Board of Directors for Window International Network, which informs, equips, and mobilizes churches and networks of prayer for the 10/40 Window.

Among the many blessings in Judith's life, her crowning glory has been her role as wife and mother for more than 23 years.
